Bibster is an app which will allow parents
to buy/sell/giveaway useful baby goods.
Parents will have the option to browse
thru the posted baby items and search by
location for these items.
4. The value Proposition
The value we provide our customers is a safe
environment for this community to buy, sell and
giveaway children goods on and off school.
5. Marketing size
Our target audience are the parents of Hilltop
High School who are in need of baby goods for
free or discounted prices. Potentially, the market
size could expand to other local communities
such as other programs onsite.
6. Revenue Streams
A two tier model:
(a) The free version which would allow
for partnering with other companies
who will be able to advertise, i.e.,
coupons.
(b) A paid version
7. Cost Structure
There is a cost for accessing a server to store the
Bibster data for people to create an account to
sell their things on our app.
8. Distribution Channels
We can start with introducing our app to the
parents at Hilltop High School. We may also
advertise our app on social network sites we
use.
