Estimated Impacts of SLP and FELHED The standards and labeling program for AC and Refrigerators would try to phase out ODP based HCFC-22 would be phased out by 2015 , in the meanwhile the program would facilitate in market transformation towards energy efficient AC and smooth phase out HCFC-22 (odp based) based AC’s by 2015
