4. Click ‘Digital Collections’ to get access to all databases.

5. Klik Ebrary untuk mengakses pangkalan data.

6. Click On Campus Access if you are accessing from within the Main OUM Campus in Kuala Lumpur. Click Off Campus Access if you are accessing from outside the campus

7. Click on the Bookshelf tab.

8. If you already have a Bookshelf account, type your Username and Password here and click SIGN IN button. If you are a new user, click here to create a new account.

9. Fill all boxes and click the radio-box that says Terms of Service. Click on the Create New Account button to proceed.

10. If the process succeeds, you will see a screen similar to this. If you don’t see this, edit the information again and resubmit. Click the SEARCH button to start searching and saving books in your Bookshelf.

11. Type the exact keyword. Search should be done in English only. Use keywords or terms such as ‘time management’ or ‘personnel management’ for an effective search. DO NOT use full sentence such as “the benefits of time management” Click Search ebrary to execute the search

12. Books are in PDF format. You may view and read this book by clicking on the book title.

13. If you login using your Bookshelf account, you will be able to see your name here. You won’t be able to save books into the Bookshelf if you are not logged in. To save this book in the Bookshelf, click the eBrary Reader button.

14. You will see a pop-up box like this.

15. Click on the arrow at INFOTOOLS. Scroll down and click on ADD TO BOOKSHELF to add (or save) the book in the Bookshelf.

16. To view what has been saved, click the Bookshelf tab again.

17. This is the book added or saved in the Bookshelf.
