#onkomm13 - Panel - Peter Winkler (FHWien): Wider die reine Netzwerkrhetorik - Plädoyer für eine netzerksoziologisch informierte Online-PR
Der Beitrag beginnt mit einer kritischen Diskussion gängiger Netzwerkrhetoriken in der Online-PR und stellt überhöhte normative Erwartungen sowie fraglich empirische Prämissen heraus. In Folge wird das junge Programm der relationalen Soziologie vorgestellt, das eine furchtbare Annäherung zwischen der Netzwerksoziologie Harrison C. Whites und der Luhmannschen Systemtheorie darstellt.
Mit diesem Programm gelingt nicht nur eine Bestimmung phänomenologisch bisher unterbelichterer, jedoch basaler Konzepte der PR wie Beziehung und Netzwerk. Zudem lässt sich damit auch eine Systematisierung aktueller Vernetzungslogiken im Web sowohl auf inhaltlicher wie auch technischer Ebene vornehmen.
Geschlossen wir mit einem Ausblick auf einen integrativen Deutungsrahmen der Online-PR, der unterschiedliche Ebenen relationaler Identitätsaushandlung – von der Beziehungsanbahnung, über Beziehungs- und Netzwerkpflege bis hin zu Netzwerkwechsel und übergeordneter identitärer Integration – in einen geordneten Erklärungszusammenhang zu überführen vermag.
