fields usually covered by individual companies thereby the name “and

Commission of the Peoples’ Republic of China in March 2012 with the Ejali One
model No. DZ997R.
Registered with the Federal Communications Commission of the United States
of America on the 27th of October, 2012 with FCC ID No.0022143630.
Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of
Nigeria as a Business Name on the 27th of November, 2012 with Registration
No. BN2237946.

10. Quality Check: Ejali One and Other devices
•Through Association and Partnership, all device components and features used on all
devices made by Iconia are made from quality materials and will be assembled under
the most stringent quality.
•All Devices made by Iconia and to be inclusive of sales in the United States of
America, would be sent to the FCC labs for tests before being allowed into the
American Market. These tests will equally cover standards in other countries of the
world and compare device standards with existing world standards.
•All devices made by Iconia and to be sold in Nigeria and other Neighbouring countries
will comply to the Standards Organization of Nigeria(SON) for Standards in device
configuration and usage.
•Most devices made by Iconia would be covered with a warranty of over 12 months
pending damages not induced by User, accidental or otherwise. As such, the devices
would be sold with their warranty certificate attached and issued to consumers to be
presented upon faulty devices.
•Customer service help-lines would be open to the general public, as well as Online
Assistance in device related issues user might experience with our various devices.
