Managing Stress and
                          Letting Go into Hope
To all who deal with stress – come apart for a timely look at the physical,
mental, behavioral, emotional and spiritual effects on you while coping
with stress in today’s world. How can we not only cope, but thrive and grow in
the challenges we meet in our daily life? With uncertain futures, how can we
live in hope and trust? How can each of us be a stabilizing presence in an
unstable world? God is ever present. Let us join together in God’s love as we
seek and discern answers to these heartfelt questions. Our day together will be
a blend of learning, self-reflection, laughing, relaxation, and a time for retreat
into solitude and silence for our renewal.

Leadership: Peg Cromer, MNSc, MA, RN is a spiritual director in
Lititz, PA, and graduate of Chestnut Hill College in the Holistic
Spirituality/Spiritual Direction program. She has also had a career as
an RN and is an adjunct professor for the RN BSN-degree
completion programs at Eastern Mennonite University, Lancaster
Campus and at Immaculata University where she teaches several
courses in holistic health. Peg is on the faculty of Kairos: School of
Spiritual Formation, facilitating the second year – Prayer and the
Contemplative Life. Peg finds that her two roles as an RN and
spiritual director blend well into a holistic approach to life in general.
