• Amongst the myriad of challenges that the women
gender face is the entrepreneurial challenge.
Sometimes the most badly hit are the married
women with families, who have the herculean task of
balancing their entrepreneurial activities with
keeping the home and their husbands happy.
• This balancing act becomes an uphill task due to the
already existing problems associated with
entrepreneurship such as:

Companies presents for the first time ever and
subsequently, annually, the NATIONAL
WOMEN ENTREPRENEURIAL CHALLENGE
CONFERENCE, NWECC GHANA 2013.

5. OBJECTIVES
• Foster Unity among women entrepreneurs in Ghana
• Equip women entrepreneurs with the tools for a
successful balancing act between the Company, Family,
and Society
• Empower the women with the necessary
tools/techniques for business success
• Inform women of the latest trends in business as
pertaining to their industries
• Identify women who have excelled in the past and are
still excelling, and award them to encourage the striving
and aspiring women entrepreneurs.
• To give women entrepreneurs a unique experience of
blissful harmony, body soul and spirit, which will
enhance look, confidence, and productivity.
6. CONFERENCE DETAILS
• NWECC 2013 has been slated for the 30th January-
1st February, 2013 at the Holy Trinity Health and
SPA, Sogakope. The curtain raiser theme is: “THE
TOTAL WOMAN’S CHALLENGE” And the focus will
be on Health, Beauty, and Business. By the end of
the conference, every woman participant would
have been fortified with balancing techniques for
business and home, health, beauty and business,
as well as new ways of doing business for
maximum results. Topics under the various
segments will be treated by seasoned players in
the industries. (Both men and women).
7. EXHIBITION
• There is going to be exhibition from the beginning of
the conference to the end. Exhibitors will have the
opportunity for PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION during
the conference at the end of each day’s discussions.
Exhibition is open to all companies and participants
and will attract a token fee. However, all sponsors and
resource persons are free to exhibit as part of their
sponsorship packages. Please find attached a draft
program for the conference.

• Our budget as organizers is about GHc150,000
and this is geared towards the following:
• Media representation
• Production (Photography and video)
• Subsidy for each participant so that the fee will
be very affordable.

• Administrative expenses/Cost of Marketing
