  • 2. 1 - The context SGE PRESTATIONS Fournisseurs Fournisseurs PUBLICATIONS des catalogues et autres demandes RTE - Éléments contractuels Ex : - Mise en service - Raccordement - Réclamations - Etc. CARD - Éléments de consommation et courbes de charges Producteurs RE - Éléments de facturation - Etc. Distributeur New version every 6 months 200 people / 120 users 10+ teams working togethe r 20+ kind of docs e.g. more than 70 general spec. 2
  • 3. 2 - Initial situation  Predecessor (Alfresco) had crashed  Bad user experience  Only using shared disk  Sending docs via email  Confusion between multiple versions 3
  • 4. 3 - The choice Why Nuxeo ?  First impression is really good nice UI  Very easy to use  Good technical support (Nuxeo Answers)  … and it’s french ! 4

  • 9. 5 - Issues  Many misunderstanding with version number ( 1.0+ ) above all with drag’n drop and publication  Many issues with « Back » button  Widget with hard coded name  Did not manage to remove the « Filter » field Lecture « Issues.avi » 9
  • 10. 6 - Improvements  A collaborative spreadsheet would be very useful  We need to see reading statistics of docs  We need an easier way to change the state of docs 10
  • 11. 6b - Minor improvements  Info messages need to be more noticeable (center of the screen)  Be able to import a folder with drag’n drop 11
