• Coming from anybody else it would have seemed far-fetched, but with X-who had
quite a reputation for partying hard-it was almost believable.
• X would later tell 60 Minutes that he planned to sprinkle his father's remains under

37. Q11
• X is a cocktail *named the bomber used in Vietnam War* after which is a layered shot
composed of a coffee liqueur (Kahlúa), an Irish cream (Baileys Irish Cream), and a
triple sec (Grand Marnier).
• One story behind the X is that it was invented by Peter Fich, a head bartender at the
Banff Springs Hotel in Banff, Alberta. He named all of his new drinks after favourite
bands, albums and songs. This drink was, of course, named after the band of the
same name, which was itself named in honour of X. One of his first customers for a
X owned restaurants in various cities in Alberta and liked the drink so much that he
put it on the menu.
• The drink became a North London favourite in late 2009 when Arsenal striker
Nicklas Bendtner changed his shirt number from 26 to __, earning himself the
nickname “X" in the process. After the tall Dane scored the winner in a league cup tie
with Liverpool on 28 October 2009, local Islington bars reported a huge surge in the
popularity of X.
• X, please.

American Pie. This is the theme song which has been covered in all the
American Pie films.
Only in American Reunion is the original song played.
43. Q13
• A XY is a type of alcoholic mixed drink made with, among other ingredients, vodka, gin, tequila, and rum.
A popular version mixes equal parts vodka, gin, tequila, rum, and triple sec with 1½ parts sour mix and a
splash of cola, which gives the drink the same amber hue as Y. Most variants use equal parts of the main
liquors but include a smaller amount of triple sec. Close variants often replace the sour mix with lemon
juice, replace the cola with actual Y, or add white crème de menthe; however, most variants do not include
any Y, despite the name of the drink. Some restaurants substitute brandy for the tequila.
• The drink has a much higher alcohol concentration (approximately 22 percent) than most highball drinks
due to the relatively small amount of mixer. XY can be ordered "extra long", which further increases the
alcohol to mixer ratio.
• XY, please.
49. Q15
• A X is a non-alcoholic mixed drink made with ginger ale and a splash of grenadine, garnished
with a maraschino cherry. Modern X recipes may substitute lemon-lime soda in part, or in whole,
for ginger ale.
• Xs are often served to children dining with adults in lieu of real cocktails, as is the similar Roy
Rogers.
• The cocktail may have been invented in the 1930s by a bartender at Chasen's, a restaurant in
Beverly Hills, California, to serve then child actress X. Other claims to its origin, however, have
been made.
• For the cocktail version of this drink, X Black (after she got married), replaced ginger ale with
alcoholic ginger beer, and added dark rum (or white rum and Maraschino liqueur).
• X?

The convention will be held from August 27-30 and will feature speeches from New
