of the request, the need and background, as well as the location, size, acreage, floor capacity, etc. Attach additional
sheets as necessary.
North Street reconstruction includes roadway, curbing, sidewalk construction and the replacement of all municipal
utilities. In addition, it will eliminate costly maintenance (roadway patching, drain and sewer repairs).
Design, contract bidding and administration to be completed in house by the DPW Engineering Division.
