What do you see? What do you already know when you look at this picture? What can you infer?
I see a Pizza Delivery Car.  The girl is thinking of pizza. Pizza is food. You think of food when you’re hungry.  The girl is hungry. The girl wants to eat pizza. The girl wants her pizza delivered. The girl wishes to make a delivery order.
What do you see? What do you already know when you look at this picture? What can you infer?
A man with a cap. The girl is giving something to the man. Both of them are holding on to a square box. They look like they are exchanging something. A Pizza Delivery Man always wears a cap. You have to pay for something you’ve purchased/bought. Pizza comes in a square box.  The girl is paying money to the pizza delivery man for the pizza in the box.

The girl is putting in pizza in her mouth. She doesn’t look too pleased.  Pizza comes in a triangular shape. Her eyes and facial expression in general doesn’t look like someone who is pleased.  The pizza tasted horrible. The pizza tasted bland? She did not like the pizza.

The girl is opening a fridge. The girl does not look happy.  When you open a fridge you will find bottles of condiments and drinks arranged neatly on the insides of the door/ the back side of the door. You hold the fridge door so that it will not be left open too wide.  The girl is looking for something from the fridge, a condiment perhaps?

A pair of feet. Overheard light/surgical lamp. Drills and machinery with dangling wires. A dental clinic. You lie on the chair and get your teeth cleaned by the machine. The dentist uses the light/lamp to check the insides of your mouth.  A child/man is lying down on a dental clinic chair, waiting to get his/her teeth cleaned. He/she is the patient and not the dentist.
Julin wants to be a singer/dancer. Julin imagined herself performing on stage. Julin imagined herself performing on stage, in front of a stadium filled with audience. Very soon, people will want to ask for Julin’s autograph and take pictures with her.  What I Read  +  What I already know  =  What I can infer People will ask for Julin’s autograph and take pictures with her. Famous people sign autographs and take pictures with their fans.   + + = = Singers/dancers perform on stage for concerts or festivals. Julin will become famous.
Oh I had a balloon. It was round, it was red. Such a lovely balloon, Almost as big as my head. But I heard a loud noise, And I looked around to see. For I wondered just what, Made that loud noise at me.

  3. The ride was scary at first because it was very dark. Suddenly, we were surrounded by huge fireballs, swarms of beetles and an army of warrior mummies. The rollercoaster was moving so fast but it was very exciting and fun! I do not mind going on the ride again.
