Terms and Conditions
You are not required to pay us via our Internet payment option. Use of the site is
conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below, as they
may be amended from time to time. By accessing the site, you accept those terms and
conditions without limitation.
This site is for your personal use. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility
for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You may use your checking or savings account when making a payment to us.
You are authorized to make payments/withdrawals from the checking or savings
account.
You must have sufficient funds in your checking account at the time you make
each payment.
A convenience fee is added to every payment transaction.
Payments for next day credit must be entered before 12:00 p.m. EST on the
previous banking business day. Payments made after 12:00 p.m. EST will be
credited the second banking business day. Scheduled payments are credited on
the payment date you have selected. Payments cannot be credited on weekend
days or on federal holidays.
Your ability to edit or cancel scheduled payments is affected by processing
deadlines and lead times. A payment must be edited or canceled before 12:00
p.m. EST one banking business day prior to the scheduled date of payment.
