This document discusses lending, foreclosures, and their impacts in New Jersey from 2005-2012. It shows that high-cost home loans were concentrated in certain areas from 2005-2006. Foreclosure filings increased dramatically from 2005 to 2008 before declining after implementation of a state foreclosure moratorium. Some metro areas like Vineland-Millville-Bridgeton had foreclosure rates over 10% in 2012.
