• The Company was incorporated as Aishwarya Telecom
Private Limited on June 2,1995 with the Registrar of
Companies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad
• Mr. G Rama Manohar Reddy and Mrs. G Amulya Reddy
were the partners
• Took over the business of the partnership firm named
'Advanced Electronics & Communications System’.
• Subsequently, it was converted into a Public Limited
Company on July 12, 2005

4. Details of business
 Aishwarya Telecom Limited (ATL) started its
operations in the year1995 with specialization in
designing, manufacturing and marketing of
Telecom Test
 Measuring equipment for Copper, Optical and Data
Networks. ATL is having strength of 61 employees.
 ATL manufactures 22 types of testers and 17
products are having approval from Telecom
Engineering Centre (TEC).

5. Details of business
 Currently, ATL manufactures products for
Telephone Service
 Providers, Defense Sector, Railways, Telecom
equipment manufacturing companies
 Cable TV Operators. ATL is planning to expand in to
designing products for Defense Sector and
Educational Sector also.

Kiri Dyes and Chemicals PRIVATE Limited at
Ahmedabad, Gujarat under the Companies Act, 1956.
 The company started exporting its products
to USA and Taiwan in 1999.

 Manufactures high quality dyes and intermediates.
 KDCL supplies:-
-Reactive.
-Acids.
-Direct dyes as well as dye-intermediates
-Tray dried – powder.
-Granular, crude and reverse osmosis.

 KDCL converted into a public limited company vide
fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 3, 2006
issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
 It has been listed in BSE as well as NSE.

 50% of the issue shall be allocated on proportionate
basis to Qualified Institutional Buyers ("QIBs").
 Not less than 15% of the issue shall be available for
