(1) MEA Holiday Incentive Campaign was launched from April 1st to June 30th, 2014 to increase Office 365 deployment in the Middle East and Africa region.
(2) The campaign offered two partners from each MEA subregion a two-night holiday to Istanbul or Cyprus based on deploying the highest number of Office 365 seats or acquiring the most new customers.
(3) Regular communications were sent to partners throughout the campaign period to promote Office 365 deployment, and the incentive successfully increased Office 365 deployment in the MEA region from 42% to 65%.
3. CAMPAIGN PLAN
• Target: Increase O365 deployment % in MEA
• Audience: Cloud Deployment Partners
• Campaign Period: 1st April – 30th June
• Mechanism: End of 12 weeks of campaign period, 2 partners from each MEA Sub (Egypt,
Israel, Gulf, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, NEPA, WECA) will win the holiday reward
according to the below criteria:
partner-1: with highest # of seats deployed
partner-2: with highest # of new customers
• Reward: Two nights holiday in 4 star hotel (air tickets and hotel stay will be provided by
Microsoft MEA)
• Holiday Destination: Istanbul (except Turkish partners), Cyprus (for Turkish partners)
• Campaign Communication: Partner Kick-off mail by MEA CMO, partner reminder mail at the
6th week by MEA CMO, and PSE direct communication throughout the campaign period.
