1. Who would be the audience research for your media
product
Our aim audience for our media product is any over the age of 14. With the help of
audience research undertaken and after carefully evaluation the research, we found
that people over the age of 14 are very keen on watching thrillers. There were three
types of thrillers which people enjoy most and prefer to watch, these are ‘Spy
Thrillers’, Psychological Thrillers’ and ‘Conspiracy Thrillers’. After careful
consideration, we then decided to base our media product around these three key
areas ; spy thrillers, psychological thrillers and conspiracy thrillers. We tried to
incorporate a bit of each type into one to try and create the ultimate product which
people would be willing to watch. Other key elements which we also consider
important is the use of suspense, tension and action.
