                               ANNOUNCEMENT
                                Re.: Employee Survey 2010
Dear All,

In our efforts to measure employees’ satisfaction of the job and the company, our HR is expediting the
Employee Survey for the year 2010.

I) Contents: the Survey contains of questionnaires based on the following main subjects:

             1. Job satisfaction (7 sentences);
             2. Working conditions (5 sentences);
             3. Personal oppotunities (10 sentences);
             4. Cooperation (5 sentences);
             5. Compensation & benefits (5 sentences);
             6. Communication (4 sentences);
             7. Supervision (12 sentences);
             8. Management at ABC (8 sentences)

II) Target groups: all STAFF of all locations, from Admin level to Manager level. As for HN &
HCMC locations, the staff levels of supermarket promoters, housekeepers, and drivers will NOT do
the survey this time.

III) Survey method: the survey will be implemented via internet. Each staff will enter the site:
                                  http://survey.agrivina.com
and follow the instructions to do the survey:
   • Click the check box that best describes;
   • Additional comments, if any, are typed in the provided box either in English or Vietnamese
        (English language is encourage!); or leave the box blank if no comments.
   • It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete the survey.
   • The survey is completed only when ALL sentences are marked/answered!

IV) Meeting for explanations: HR Department will organize a meeting with representatives of each
Department of locations for explanations, guidance, Q&A on Wednesday, 4-Aug-10 (specific time to
be announced in advance soonest). After the meeting, the representatives will take the responsibility to
explain back to their staffs.

V) Deadline: until Saturday, 14-Aug-10.

Notes: in order for the BOM to understand employees’ views and expectations about the job and the
Company, through which to make any possible improvements of the raised issues in the hope of
bringing the best possible satisfaction to employees, it is much appreciated to receive objective and
frank comments as well as cooperation from all survey doers.
