SOUND OF MUSIC
Sound of music is an inspiring story. It inspires one about
music. The role that music plays in one’s life. The way how music
builds a bond between people. How music converts a command into
a request. The way in which it decorates one’s life. How music plays
an important role in wiping off the sorrows of one’s life. How music
makes one’s life joyous and happy.
Sound of music is a beautiful story of a girl who is a nun and
stays in abbey. Abbey is a place where the nuns and monks stay. This
is a story of a girl who is sent to navy captain’s house. This navy
captain stays with his seven children after having lost his wife.
Captain is now a man of strength, power and discipline who is very
strict with his children and cultivates them with discipline and rules
without any enjoyment.
When this girl from an abbey comes into their lives, their lives
also diverts towards love of music. Because a girl from an abbey is a
great lover of music. She is a girl who changes the lives of captain’s
children. Now captain’s children are also children of love for music.
But that was a moment which makes captain angry. What is it that
has changed his children? And he gets answer to his question that
she is a girl who is come from an abbey to handle his household
works. This makes him angry and he decided to throw her away from
the house. But the moment he hears the melodious sound sung by
his children he couldn’t stop himself from that glory of music he also
gets so much inspired by the music that he changes his decision of
sending the girl back to abbey. And wants her to stay with his
children.

2. I have learnt from this story that music is a change. It is a
weapon of love that fills the lives of people with joy. It is a tool that
eliminates the sorrow of one’s life and fulfils it with joy and
happiness. This story narrates that how a girl of music inspires the
captain and they get married to each other.
