Abhimanyu Singh is the General Counsel of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in India. In his current role, Abhimanyu is
responsible for providing legal advice across all business groups within the bank. Prior to this role, Abhimanyu worked as an
Associate with Sidley Austin LLP, New York in their Capital Markets Group where he handled various matters including
derivatives, MTN programs, public offerings etc. He has also worked with Morgan Stanley, New York in their Institutional Equity
& Prime Brokerage Divisions Abhimanyu is a regular speaker at various industry & also takes guest lectures at a law school in
India. He has a LLM degree specializing in Corporate Laws from NYU School of Law.


Ashok K. Barimar is with Jet Airways since June 1999 & is currently the VP (Legal) & Counsel. Presently handling
documentation, litigation, Intellectual property matters & special tasks. Participated as a member of the core group during the
acquisition of another airline company & also during the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of jet Airways. Barimar ensured legal &
procedural compliance in starting international operations & of setting - up of overseas offices on that regard. He also
spearheaded the litigation / arbitration matter on behalf of the Company in the acquisition of another airline Barimar has
previously has previously worked with many firms like Indian Telephone Industries Ltd, IDL Chemicals Ltd, Shriram Refrigeration
Industries Ltd, Grasim Industries Ltd, Hinduja Group & Satyam Computer Services Ltd.

Having practiced as an advocate for about 3 years, Sri A. K. Srivastava joined the Legal Department of MMTC Ltd in 1978 &
thereafter moved to ONGC Ltd in the year 1995. At present, he is the GGM & Chief Legal Services in ONGC Ltd. He has wide
ranging experience in handling commercial & service matters.




As Head (South-Asia) & Counsel with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Ankit is actively involved with the
promotion of SIAC in the South-Asia & assists in case administration & undertakes research on comparative laws of arbitration
in Asia. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIARB) & the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association
(SCCA). Ankit is a qualified lawyer from India, called to the Indian Bar in August 2004. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce
& Bachelor of Laws degrees in 2001 & 2004 respectively from Panjab University in India. After being called to the bar he
worked for four years in the Dispute Resolution & Commercial Litigation teams of two law firms in New Delhi, India. Prior to
joining SIAC, Ankit obtained his LLM International Business Law from the Faculty of Law ,National University of Singapore in
2009.

Gopalakrishnan is a dynamic & result oriented legal professional with 3 decades of experience in lagal areas encompassing
Banking, Corporate, Capital Market & Business Law & Procedures. Currently designated President(Law) & Head of Law Dept &
is heading the Legal department of AXIS Bank Ltd, Mumbai. A new generation Private sector bank having a total of over 937
branches in India & abroad. In-depth understanding of matter related to Documentation, Structured finance, Mergers &
Takeovers, Taxation Laws, Banking Laws, Suit Filings & Litigation, Civil & Criminal Laws, Recoveries of Debts, Documentation,
of all types of loans & structured finances, IPR, Trade Marks & Copyright Laws, Corporate & Structured Finances. Apart from
this, known & admired speaker in may of the National & International Conference on various subjects as also a Guest Lecturer
& a Visiting faculty for many institutions on Banking Laws, Mergers & Acquisitions, Tax Laws in India.

Bhargesh Ojha has been in the Financial Services Industry since late 1993. He joined Tata Finance Ltd., an NBFC in December
1993 as Assistant Manager. In 1997 he was elevated to Assistant General Manager. Bhargesh was also the compliance officer
for purpose of SEBI related issues of the debt related programmer of Tata finance. Bhargesh joined Kotak Mahindra Prime
Limited, a joint venture of Kotak Mahindra Finance & Ford Credit, USA in 1999 as Associate VP & was involved in setting up the
legal department of the Company. In 2002, when Kotak Mahindra Finance was granted an in-principle license to convert into a
scheduled commercial bank, Bhargesh joined the project team conversion & was responsible for the legal issues in setting up of
the bank. Bhargesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai & a Law Degree from University of Calcutta.

Debolina Partap is the Associate VP & Head Legal for the Wockhardt group in India. Wockhardt is the India’s largest
pharmaceutical, biotech & healthcare provider, all combined. In her current assignment, Debolina Partap is responsible for
driving the legal corporate governance & compliance system in Wockhardt group across geographical locations in India &
strengthening the International presence. Debolina Partap has been in the legal compliance system, legal solutions
management & brands safety & development. Debolina partap is a Gold Medalist in LLM from Mumbai University. She is an
active member of the OPPI & CII(Pharma Unit) and a speaker in various forums. She is a member of the Legal committee of the
OPPI.

Deepak Acharya is the General Counsel &Director of Procter & Gamble in India. Acharya has over 19 years of experience in the
FMCG sector. He is a Law graduate from the Government Law College, Mumbai, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company
Secretaries of India & an Associate Member of the All India Management Association. Acharya is member of the Executive
Committee of the Indian Soaps & Toiletries Makers Association (ISTMA); Member of the National working groups of CII on
FMCG, I Legal Services & IP Owners. He is also member of the FMCG Committee, Corporate Law Committee & the Brand
Protection Committee of the Federation of India Chamber of Commerce in India & member of the Secretarial Standards Board
of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Gagan is an Executive Director with KPMG forensic practice in India & has an experience of over 15 years in this space. Gagan
has led a large number of dispute resolution engagements including loss of profit computations, quantification of damages &
claims. He has worked on various engagements in the Indian subcontinent, Europe & Middle East & has also concluded a two
years rotation with our practice in New York. As part of the forensic team he has conducted various fraud investigations &
fraud risk assessments across various industry sectors.



Indranil Choudhury Founder & Chief Executive Officer. Indranil Choudhury is co-founder & CEO of Lexplosion. Indranil has over
17 years of diverse work experience. He has worked as a lawyer both for in-houes legal functions as well as law firms. Before
co-founding Lexplosion, Indranil was Head of Operations & Site Leader for Genpact (formerly GE Capital International Services)
Kolkata. Prior to his business role, he headed Genpact’s India legal & compliance functions. His deep domain expertise is
hugely beneficial for clients who gain from his combined knowledge as a transactions counsel & a business leader. He also has
significant experience of working as a legal counsel for the legal process outsourcing team of Genpact providing legal
documentation support to GE companies in the US. Indranil is an honors graduate from National Law School of India University.
He has a master’s degree in law from Oxford University, where he was awarded the Felix Scholarship.
K. Anandavasagan is the Head-Legal, DHFL, From 1.10.2007 to till date. Handling of a Corporate office with a full team of legal
officers. The Company has an asset base of Rs. 13,000/-cr. The Company has Pan India operation with 4 Zonal offices with 186
Branches & Service centers along with International Centers viz., 1.London 2. Dubai. Anand has completed B.Sc., B.L., CAIIB,
& also practiced in courts as an advocate from 25/02/1987 to 15/05/1991. Job profile: Practiced in Civil, Criminal, Rent &
Revenue courts. Independently handled cases of various banks & reputed clients. Anand was a Law Officer in Punjab National
Bank From 21/05/1991 to 09/01/1998. He also worked as a Sr. Manager- Law, Bank Of India: From 20/09/2000 to 30/09/2007


Kim Kit Ow was appointed as the Asian regional director for the ICC International Court of Arbitration & ICC Dispute

Rohit Mahajan is an Executive Director with KPMG leading the Forensic practice in west & south India. He ia also the lead
partner for the investigation service line & has undertaken various high profile investigations in the country. Rohit also heads the

Vikramaditya Khanna is a Professor of Law at the University of Michigan Law School. He earned his S.J.D. at Harvard Law
School & has been visiting faculty at Harvard Law School, a senior research fellow at Columbia Law School & Yale Law School,
& a visiting scholar at Stanford Law School. He is the founding & current editor of both the India law Abstracts & the White
Collar Crime Abstracts on the Social Science Research Network & a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He was
invited to testify in front of both the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee & the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee
on corporate crime related matters & recently gave a Keynote address at an International Corporate Governance Conference in
Brazil. He has also been appointed Special Master in the United States in a dispute between an Indian company & an American
company. Professor Khanna’s papers have been published in the Harvard Law Review, Michigan Law Review, Supreme Court
Economic Review, Journal of Empirical Legal Studies, & the Georgetown Law Journal amongst others.
