AGREEMENT TO LET A HOUSE
AN AGREEMENT made the 27th day of November , 2012, between Mr Hassan Ali bhatti, son of Mr
Asad Ullah bhatti, resident of 341-Amodel town, Gujranwala (hereinafter called ‘‘the landlord’’) of
the one part. And Mr Akram Ahmad, son of Mr Obaid Ahmad, lohar by caste, resident of 41Bsatellite town, Gujranwala (hereinafter called ‘‘the tenant’’) of the other part.
WHEREBY the parties hereto mutually agree as follow:-

1. The landlord will let the rented property to tenant and the tenant will take the rented property
from landlord house #341-Amodel town, Gujranwala with all the right belonging or
appurtenant thereto.
2. The tenant shall pay the rent of 150,000PRS. Per year, payable in instalment of 12500 PRS.
Per month. Each instalment shall be due in advance on the first day of each calendar month in
the following account number 6284154.
3. Tenant shall also pay to the landlord a security deposit in the amount of 200,000PRS.
4. The tenant shall not use the premises for storing, manufacturing or selling any explosives,
chemicals, or other inherently dangerous substance. The rented property is for residential use
only.
5. Tenant is responsible for all utility bills like telephone, gas, water, electricity, internet
connection, etc.
6. Tenant is responsible for all repair and maintenance during his stay in the house. In case of
heavy damage the tenant is liable to pay amount according to the loss.
7. The landlord has the right to inspect the rented property at any time during the term of this
agreement.
8. The term of this agreement shall be for a period of 1 year. A new agreement with new terms
and conditions will be made in the next year.
9. The title of the landlord as absolute owner shall be accepted by the tenant without any further
investigation. But the landlord shall be liable for any mis-statement or fraudulent
misrepresentation on his part regarding his title to the rented property.
10. The rented property shall be handed over before the 3rd day of January, 2013, to the tenant
after paying the 1st instalment.
11. All the expenses for the preparation of the rented agreement and the cost of stamp and
registration charges shall be borne by the tenant.
12. If the tenant fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement his earnest
money will be forfeited and the landlord has the power to terminate the agreement before the
completion of the year.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this rented agreement as of the day and
year first above written.

  • 2. AGREEMENT TO LET A HOUSE AN AGREEMENT made the 27th day of November , 2012, between Mr Hassan Ali bhatti, son of Mr Asad Ullah bhatti, resident of 341-Amodel town, Gujranwala (hereinafter called ‘‘the landlord’’) of the one part. And Mr Akram Ahmad, son of Mr Obaid Ahmad, lohar by caste, resident of 41Bsatellite town, Gujranwala (hereinafter called ‘‘the tenant’’) of the other part. WHEREBY the parties hereto mutually agree as follow:- 1. The landlord will let the rented property to tenant and the tenant will take the rented property from landlord house #341-Amodel town, Gujranwala with all the right belonging or appurtenant thereto. 2. The tenant shall pay the rent of 150,000PRS. Per year, payable in instalment of 12500 PRS. Per month. Each instalment shall be due in advance on the first day of each calendar month in the following account number 6284154. 3. Tenant shall also pay to the landlord a security deposit in the amount of 200,000PRS. 4. The tenant shall not use the premises for storing, manufacturing or selling any explosives, chemicals, or other inherently dangerous substance. The rented property is for residential use only. 5. Tenant is responsible for all utility bills like telephone, gas, water, electricity, internet connection, etc. 6. Tenant is responsible for all repair and maintenance during his stay in the house. In case of heavy damage the tenant is liable to pay amount according to the loss. 7. The landlord has the right to inspect the rented property at any time during the term of this agreement. 8. The term of this agreement shall be for a period of 1 year. A new agreement with new terms and conditions will be made in the next year. 9. The title of the landlord as absolute owner shall be accepted by the tenant without any further investigation. But the landlord shall be liable for any mis-statement or fraudulent misrepresentation on his part regarding his title to the rented property. 10. The rented property shall be handed over before the 3rd day of January, 2013, to the tenant after paying the 1st instalment. 11. All the expenses for the preparation of the rented agreement and the cost of stamp and registration charges shall be borne by the tenant. 12. If the tenant fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement his earnest money will be forfeited and the landlord has the power to terminate the agreement before the completion of the year.
