this is my risk assessment for media

1. The risk Why this could be a
problem
How can this be prevented
It could rain When taking the images
this could be a problem
because then the outdoor
shoots may not be able to
happen.
Just check the weather
reports and organise with
the actor to do an outside
shoot when the weather is
alright.
The computers
or other devices
may not work.
During my construction if
there is a fault with the
computer this could mean
that I may not be as
productive.
I would need to find another
computer that allows me to
do the same thing as what I
originally wanted to do. This
may also mean putting more
time into it at home and
downloading the software
that I need. Also if other
devices such as the camera
do not work then
My actor may be
ill.
I would not have an actor
for my images
I may need to wait until my
actor gets better and is well
enough for me to come and
meet them. Or I may even
have to get another actor for
my images.
The props that I
would need I
may not be able
to get hold of.
I would not have the props
that I need, then the
photos will not be fully
completed.
Check in advance that the
props that are needed are
available, maybe even book
them out in advance.
