2. • To get a certificate of foreign invested
company, following documents are needed to
be submitted to Registration office of Business
Entity, General Authority for State Registration
• Registration process will take 7-10 business
days
3. Step 1: Get name permission
• Registration office of Business Entity will issue
a printed name upon your request. Please,
prepare spare choice for the name for your soon
to be established company. Have your passport
ready and you will be asked for stated issued
ID.
4. Step 2: Bank account
• Open the Bank account
• Deposit a Minimum amount of $100,000 per
person or entity from foreign companies
• A letter from your bank in home country
5. Step 3: Statue of your new company
• Statue should be 2 languages: Mongolian and
your language
• Statue in both languages should be notarized
• If there are more than 1 investor:
– Agreement should be done between parties in
Mongolia and in your choice of foreign language
and the agreement should also be notarized.
– Decision of investors should be made between
engaging parties. As well as a meeting minute
should be enclosed with the application
6. • Step 4: UB 0.3 form is be filled by an
investor
• Step 5: A start-up balance sheet is made
and enclosed with the application
7. Step 6: If investor is a legal entity
• Company Board decision
• A copy of company certificate
– If investor is an individual:
– A copy of passport
Step 7: Leasing contract for office of
the newly established company
8. • To get your company registered in Mongolia,
investor should submit a copy of these
documents to Registration office of Business
Entity in order to receive certificate for foreign
invested company
9. • Before you submit your application, please
make a one-time payment of 700,000 tugriks into
Golomt Bank account for the registration fee.
• Upon receiving your certificate, you’ll be able
to order a company stamp. It’s very common to
use a stamp for company official letter.
