Didn't get any response from Transcend regarding the issue faced with USB DVD Writer. All the information regarding the issue and system information every thing is provided in the pdf file.
If any have any idea than please share and help me out.

Dear Customer,
First of all, many thanks for your letter.
Please ensure that both large ends of the USB Y-cable are connected to your computer's rear USB ports for
sufficient power supply.
Please avoid using USB hubs, extension cables or other USB devices, as they often do not supply sufficient
power for external hard drives.
Please also try on other computers and change another cable to see if it is related to the computer or the USB
cable.
Please also check the Disk Manager to see the status of this StoreJet.
Normal disk partition should be Healthy and with FAT32 or NTFS and drive letter.
Please help to provide the Disk Manager screen shot if you are unable to identify the problem.
To upgrade the firmware:
嫂ll settings of DMP10 will be initialized.
嵯o NOT disconnect the power a dapter during update.
1. Download the latest firmware file from Transcend official website.
2. Please unzip the ZIP file, and copy the nstall.img?update file to a
USB flash drive or hard drive
3. Connect your USB storage device to the HD Media Player
4. Select System Upgrade to begin the software upgrade process
5. A finish screen will show after the process, and system will automatically restart itself to complete the
update.

Description of Problems -Below is my System Information:

Below is Problem Description:
When I inserted a DVD having some data in it In that case it reads the disc.
But when I inserted a Blank DVD it doesn't recognize it.
What action did you takeI have tried various burning software like below one:
to solve this/these1. Power2Go (It comes with Transcend USB DVD Writer).

After installing all these software I have did the below exercise.
1. Insert a blank DVD in USB Writer.
2. Start the software, all these software are able to recognize the USB DVD
writer. drag n drop some file for writing.
3. When i click on Burn I get the message that "please insert the disk" even if a
blank dvd disk is already present in the USB Writer.
4. I have tried all the above mention steps with 8 different blank DVD.
Your Request -Please help me out from this problem.

I am not using any USB hub or any other extension.

I have also checked on another system but found the same issue.

I have also updated the Firmware, the earlier version is 1.66 now its updated to 1.67.
I hope my replies help you in finding the resolution of the issue.
