 In a typical construction project, there is one lucky
 contractor the Project Team is seeking out of the
 pool of many eligible. Getting this one lucky
 contractor is the essence of undertaking
 Procurement Planning
THERE IS ONE LUCKY MONKEY!

              According to the Infinite
              Monkey Theorem, the chance of
              getting the right monkey to
              type the Hamlet is left to
              Probability.
              However, the reason why we
              have Professionals in the
              building Industry is to remove
              the Probability and Guessing
              out of the process of
              Construction/Building of
              Homes.
              If the all-too-important role of
              engaging professionals is
              overlooked, clients would end
