2. INTRODUCTION
AIESEC Out-going Exchange Global Internship Program (OGX GIP) has the big potential to
grow in Indonesia. Indonesia has many well-known universities and communities that
had been partnered with AIESEC for many years. We believe that there are many
potential and talented students from all entities that deserve GIP experience to learn and
act as leaders through having cross-cultural working experiences in the professional
companies around the world. Each year, AIESEC in Indonesia succeed to send more than
60 people and to make sure that each one of them receives the best quality experiences.
This year, we change a lot of fundamental processes in AIESEC Indonesia in order to
create the better process and system for our customers. Now, it’s time for us to expand
and boost up our performance for the Bigger, Better, and Stronger AIESEC in Indonesia.
Having collaboration and partnership with many countries becomes our main strategy in
1516 term. We can’t do and create more experiences in GIP without help from other
entities. Because of that, we come to you to propose the best partnership ever between
Indonesia and your entity with full of excitement and optimism to start our term

8. Ma-ra-re process
Home entities promote TN Secured and TN Priority to Indonesia talent to get
the proper and suitable EPs profile and background based on the requirement
of each TNs. Home entities submit EP CV based on which TN the EP applied.
Fast matching, easy tracking, high quality implementation, and product
innovation feasible.

9. •TN (Trainee nominee) secured means that the TN is
customized ONLY for Indonesian intern.
•TN form should put INDONESIA as the country
required.
•TN form should put BAHASA INDONESIAN as the
Required language.
•TN should be not acceptable for EP (exchange
Participant) outside INDONESIA
•TN will be open on EXPA until MATCH with
INDONESIAN EP.
•Term & Condition are based on discussion with both
party

10. •TN (Trainee nominee) priority means that the TN
gives the priority for Indonesian interns to apply for
the opportunities in the period of time (minimum
duration 4 weeks).
• Minimum duration can be discuss both party.
•TNM should pending applicant from out of Indonesia
during the time period.
•During the duration Indonesia will do the promotion
about the TN (first week), Interview by EPM,
Interview by TNM, Interview by company, and
match.
• IF during 4 weeks Indonesia cannot find proper EP
for the TN, TNM can open the TN to any country.
•TNM doesn’t have to put INDONESIAN as country
required and BAHASA INDONESIAN as language
required.

reduce the number of breakmatches

14. We do promotion through several channel and
media like national website, Facebook,
linkedin, email, spreadsheet, and also we do
offline promotion via class presentation,
opening booth, job fair, and international
career day ( GIP fair )

15. Digital SRB (Student Review Board) is doing on
national scale using podio channel, people who
want to register should fill several online
questions through podio and will be reviewed
by MCVP and national board. After being
selected EP will be announced on national
website and delivered to chosen LC (based on
which LC they were applied).

16. AIESEC interview is doing by AIESEC hosting
entity ( it can be manager, TLP or LCVP ) and
this interview happens max 3 days after CV
submission. The objective of this interview is
to ensure the EP qualification based on the TN
demand before cv proceed to the TN side.

17. TN interview is doing by the TN
representative and this interview happens
based on TN timeline agreement after the cv is
delivered and reviewed by the TN.

18. Official match only happens when the EP
already put on match status on expa and both
entity already exchange the acceptance note
and EP received invitation letter (in case
needed to apply visa). Hosting entity should
send visa application flow in 2 weeks after EP
get matched.

19. Induction is doing right after EP get matched
on expa. Induction material is about oGIP
generally, XPP, documents, etc. The objective
is to tell the EP about the preparation before
realize (visa, documents, etc) and also set
expectation before leaving from home LC.

20. Webinar IPS is conducted by the host LC. IPS
containing the country current condition,
culture shock explanation, what EP should
bring when realize, give the person in charge
to pick up in the airport, scheme explanation if
host LC cannot pick up the EP, living cost, EP
accommodation, labor law, etc.

21. Reintegration is an event held by home LC to
welcome the EP who already finished their
internship. They will be showcased their
internship experience. Photos, videos, and
article are required to bring by the EP for the
next GIP promotion as our testimony of the EP
returnee.
