 ASSIST HR manager.
 Manage employees files (contract , residence permit process …)
 Execute all electronic services online (e- government , MOI )
Review and process all staff requests assigned by the management for all related administrative services such as
letter drafting, leave processing etc to facilitate effective personnel administration.
 Prepare letters and other correspondence to external bodies on behalf of company employees as per prevailing
policies and procedures in order to facilitate all necessary documentation are processed in a timely, accurate and
efficient manner. .
 assist projects managers in processing sites gates pass request,and other legal work permits .
 Maintain and regularly update records on corporate database systems and applications.
 Carry out minor translation of English to Arabic or vice versa when preparing letters addressed to outside
parties.
 Establish, maintain records, for engineers registration and examination for obtaining the UPDA certificate.
 Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of administrative systems,
processes and practices taking into account ‘international leading practice’, improvement of business processes,
cost reduction and productivity improvement.
