Resumes are nothing but self
proclamation or summary of aptitudes,
competencies and accomplishments,
placed before the potential employers
at the proper time. There are various
patterns of resumes like –functional, for
the candidates, exploring different
working fields, chronological, for the
candidates, staying at the same
working field for long and electronic
resumes, widely acceptable by all for its
user friendliness.

Here are some useful tips of writing
effective resumes for job hunters.



EMPLOYERS REQUIREMENTS:
First and foremost we all need to keep in mind the
employee’s requirements-
• Teamwork
• Adoptability
• Challenging outlook
• Quality work under pressure
• Clarity in communication
• Commitment to the institution



GENERAL IDEAS :

At the very first glance draw the employer’s
attention to your glaring strengths, by
highlighted and bulleted sentences.

Use plain white paper for your resume along
with a clear mention of Mr. or Miss. before
your name to avoid unwanted confusions.



RESUME FOR FRESHER:

If you are a fresher, don’t forget to refer to
career objective as it’s significant to project
your goal orientation and future aim. Don’t
mention your hobbies in the resume unless
it’s worth mentioning.

Most vital tip for a fresher, try to add some
training or project working relevant
experience in your resume or join some
summer job, voluntarily with a valid
certification in the respective field.

CANDIDATES:

Illustrate your working area explicitly instead
of mentioning the working responsibilities in
brief.

If possible, include some significant
examples of your fruitfully done working

your contributions for the undertaken

reason for it. If your career is full of short

LONG WORKING HISTORY:

If you have an extensive working history of
more than twenty years, make separate
columns for recent relevant working spheres
and past records where chronological
references may not be compulsory.

However we need to keep in mind that

job assurance.
