Unit 78 Digital Graphics for
     Computer Games
        By Chris Munro
Photorealism
• Photorealism graphics are essentially
  computer generated
  graphics/images/models/textures that look
  realistic.
Cell Shading
• Cell shading isn’t mean to look realistic it’s a
unique style that’s gives the effect that the
  graphic has been hand drawn.
Abstraction
• The abstraction style often employs a lot of
lines and geometric shapes that don't
  resemble any real-life objects. Abstraction
style is best suited and found in a lot of retro
  games.
Exaggeration
• This style is usually adapted from
anime/manga, the style is over top and not
realistic. This gives the game a fun factor.
