The Pandavas won the Mahabharata war due to superior preparation, alliances, leadership, team spirit, individual commitment, management, experience, and empowering women. They turned weaknesses into strengths, made powerful allies, shared responsibilities through distributed leadership, prioritized teamwork over individual interests, exploited the Kauravas' weaknesses, and brought female perspectives into decision-making. In contrast, the Kauravas lacked unity, their leaders fought for individual motives rather than as a cohesive team, and they had a patriarchal structure that did not empower women.
