Christopher Guy teams up with LA’s BEST for Angeleno Magazine charity event!
Beverly Hills, CA – April 29, 2010 – World renowned and award‐winning British luxury furniture designer,
Christopher Guy, goes above and beyond for a good cause. He teamed up with La’s BEST which is an
enrichment and recreation program serving more than 28,000 children with needs and few resources
throughout the city of Los Angeles to create a night of giving. The Designers of Tomorrow Workshop,
which offer kids key elements of design, collaborated with LA’s BEST to give the children access to quality
art education programs which is something that Christopher finds vital to every child’s upbringing! With
Angeleno magazine and Bit Week by his side Christopher Guy will hold a silent auction and donate three
incredible furniture and art pieces (pictured below) valued at $15,000.00 to the recognized and
established charity. On top of the very generous contribution to the kids, Christopher has also agreed to
graciously donate 10% of all sales from his Beverly Hills showroom during the week of Brit Week 2010!
This event will be hosted at the lavish and breathe taking Christopher Guy showroom located in Beverly
Hills. This sumptuous 2400 square foot design showroom holds some of Christopher’s one of a kind pieces
that have graced the pages of countless magazines. The showroom exults a combination of sophistication
and modernism and is the perfect venue for such an amazing cause.
The man behind the brand, Christopher Guy, is very well known among the elite in furniture design all
around the world. He was born in Britain, raised in Spain and France, and now resides in Singapore. His
international background is reflected in his distinctive designs that transcend cultural barriers.
Christopher’s furnishings have graced the homes of many Hollywood celebrities and exclusive suites of
luxury hotels. Signature pieces of his collection have added an air of sophistication and glamour to film
sets such as “Ocean’s 13,” “Casino Royale,” “The Devil Wears Prada,” and “The Hangover,” among many
