Some hadiths which tells about some actions of Shirk and it's refutation to those who say there will be no Shirk after Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him.
Stay away from polytheism and remind your brother in prayer...
1. Hadith-1
I am afraid about my community of those leaders who will lead astray. When
the sword is used among my people, it will not be withdrawn from them
till the Day of Resurrection, and the Last Hour(Qiyamat) will not come
before the tribes of my people attach themselves to the
Shirk(polytheists) and tribes of my people worship idols. (Abu-Dawud,
Book 30 Trials and Fierce Battles, Number 4239)
Hadith-2
Thawban narrated that the Messenger of Allah(s.a.w) said:"The Hour shall
not be established until tribes of my Ummah unite with the idolaters, and
until they worship idols. And indeed there shall be thirty imposters in
my Ummah, each of them claiming that he is a Prophet. And I am the last of
the Prophets, there is no Prophet after me." (Sahih)

Bahz bin Hakim narrated from his father that his grandfather said:
"I said: 'O Prophet of Allah! I did not come to you until I had sworn
more that this many times' - the number of fingers on his hands - 'that I
would never come to you or follow your religion. I am a man who does not
know anything except that which Allah and His Messenger teach me. I ask
you by the face of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, with what has your Lord
sent you to us? He said: 'With Islam.' I said: What are the signs of
Islam? He said; To say: I submit my face to Allah and give up Shirk, and,
to establish the Salah and to pay Zakah. Each Muslim is sacred and
inviolable to his fellow Muslim; they support one another. Allah does not
accept any deed from an idolater after he becomes a Muslim, until he

Hadith-5
Mahmoud ibn Labeed said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him) said: “The thing that I fear most for you is MINOR
SHIRK.” They said: “O Messenger of Allaah, what is MINOR SHIRK?” He said:
“Showing off, for Allaah will say on the Day when people are recompensed
for their actions: ‘Go to those for whom you were showing off with your
deeds in the world, and see what reward you find with them.(Musnad-e-

Hadith-6
Sahih Muslim Book 1 : Hadith 146;Sahih Muslim Book 1 : Hadith 147
It is narrated on the authority of Jabir that he heard the Apostle (may
peace and blessings be upon him) saying. Verily between man and between
polytheism(shirk) and unbelief(Kufr) is the negligence of prayer.
Hadith-7
Sahih Muslim, Book 41, Number 6945:
'A'isha reported: I heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as
saying: The (system) of night and day would not end until the people have
taken to the worship of Lat and 'Uzza. I said: Allah's Messenger, I think
when Allah has revealed this verse: "He it is Who has sent His Messenger
with right guidance, and true religion, so that He may cause it to
prevail upon all religions, though the polytheists are averse (to it)",
it implies that is going to be fulfilled. Thereupon he (Allah's Apostle)
said: It would happen as Allah would like. Then Allah would send the
sweet fragrant air by which everyone who has even a mustard grain of
faith in Him would die and those only would survive who would have no
goodness in them. And they would revert to the religion of their
forefathers."
Hadith-8
Sahih Bukhari - Volume 4, Book 56, Hadees Number 662:
Narrated Abu Said: The Prophet said, "You will follow the wrong ways, of
your predecessors so completely and literally that if they should go into
the hole of a mastigure, you too will go there." We said, "O Allah's
Apostle! Do you mean the Jews and the Christians?" He replied, "Whom
else?" (Meaning, of course, the Jews and the Christians.)
Hadith-9
Abu Waqid Al-Laithi narrated that when the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w)
went out to Hunain he passed a tree that the idolaters called Dhat Anwat
upon which they hung their weapons. They(the Companions) said:"O
Messenger of Allah! Make a Dhat Anwat for us as they have a Dhat Anwat.'
The Prophet (s.a.w) said: "Subhan Allah! This is like what Musa's people
said: Make for us a god like their gods. By the One in Whose is my soul!
You shall follow the way of those who were before you." (Sahih)

Sa’d ibn Ubaida reported: Ibn Umar heard a mean swearing, “No, by the
Ka’bah!” So he said to him: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon
him, say, “Whoever swears by other than Allah has committed an act of
idolatry.”

Hadith-23
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:"A man from among the Ansar accepted
Islam, then he apostatized and went back to Shirk. Then he regretted
that, and sent word to his people (saying): 'Ask the Messenger of Allah
[SAW], is there any repentance for me?' His people came to the Messenger
of Allah [SAW] and said: 'So and so regrets (what he did), and he has
told us to ask you if there is any repentance for him?' Then the Verses:
'How shall Allah guide a people who disbelieved after their Belief up to
His saying: Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful' was revealed.
So he sent word to him, and he accepted Islam." (Sahih)

Comment:-The Companion of Prophet(peace be upon) committed Shirk, later he
reverted to Islam. Now when a Sahabi can commit Shirk, then It's even
possible with the common folk of our time.
Hadith-24
It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said:
"When the Messenger of Allah [SAW] died, the 'Arabs apostatized, so 'Umar
said: 'O Abu Bakr, how can you fight the 'Arabs?' Abu Bakr said: 'The
Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "I have been commanded to fight the people
until they bear witness to La ilaha illallah (there is none worthy of
worship except Allah) and that I am the Messenger of Allah, and they
establish Salah and pay Zakah." By Allah, if they withhold from me a
young goat that they used to give to the Messenger of Allah [SAW], I will
fight them for it.' 'Umar said: 'By Allah, as soon as I realized how
certain Abu Bakr was, I knew that it was the truth.'" (Sahih)

Hadith-25
Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him,
entered upon us while we were discussing the False Messiah. He said,
“Shall I not tell you about what I fear for you more than the presence of
the False Messiah?” We said, “Of course!” He said, “Hidden idolatry; that
a man stands for prayer and beautifies his prayer because he sees another
man looking at him.”
