   Target Market
   Our main target market is men ages 18 and up. . The average income is 50,000 to
    100,000 dollars per year. The main gender we are trying to focus on is males
    because men are the main ones that watch football. The reason we are trying to
    target men because we want men in to get interested in football and have a
    professional team. These types of people in this city range from middle class to
    upper class, but mostly middle class. Our geographic location of our city is in
    Mississippi and we’re mostly regional. We think that this will benefit Mississippi
    because they will be able to get involved with football and have a “big name”
    team to support and cheer on to win a title. Our product of having a new
    professional team in Mississippi will be a good experience for people in this part
    of the state because it will be something new for the future fans to try out. If a lot
    of people enjoy the games, then we can start making more profit year after year.
    This new stadium will offer more jobs for people in Mississippi and could be a big
    attraction in this state. Some of the interests in Mississippi are the beach, fishing
    is a big one, but most importantly are the casinos. That is the big activity or
    lifestyle in southern Mississippi. The new stadium will benefit us because of the
    casinos in the area. These are a big thing in Mississippi and we think this will
    make us a lot more profit. It will not only benefit us but it will also benefit the
    customers as well. This will give them something extracurricular to do and the
    fathers can have something to do with their kids.

Summary
We have chosen the city of Biloxi because there isn’t
any other sports team in that city. There also isn’t any
other sports team in that state. Our main target
market is men 18 and up. We are going for the middle
and higher class but mainly middle class. This new
professional football team will bring more people and
money. This also will bring more jobs to the area. This
will also draw more attention. This will give people a
team to cheer for. Casinos are a big part of Biloxi. We
could build casinos in inside wear the team will play.

 The name of our franchise is the Biloxi Blue Devils.
 We chose this name because it uses somewhat of an
    alliteration therefore it will be a catchy name.
    Additionally in the NFL, there is no other team that is
    named the blue devils so it’s something different to add
    to the Professional Sport. The name is also very
    intimidating so it will be displayed by our logo.

 The colors we chose are Blue, Black and White. We chose
    these colors because there is no other team in the NFL
    that has blue, black and white jerseys

 Tickets:
 Refund policy: Our team will not have refunds on tickets. If
  the game is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will
  reschedule the game. The fans will need the previous ticket
  so they can get a new one for the reschedule game.
 Customer dissatisfaction: If a customer’s complaint is a
  reasonable complaint we will try our best to satisfy them.
  We would also give them a copy of our policy to should
  what we can do for you. If the complaint is valid we will give
  them a discount of next ticket they purchase.
 Ticket Payment: We will accept cash, credit card, and
  debit cards.
 Ticket selling: We will sell our tickets at Ticketmaster, Stub
    hub, and Ticket finder. We will also sell ticket at the stadium
    also.
   Advanced ticket sales: We will start to put tickets on sale
    in May and June. That gives our fans time to buy tickets.
   If you start to buy tickets early before the season starts you
    will receive a $15 discount on tickets.
   Ticket Holder will have the first opportunity to buy tickets.
   Sales Strategies: We will target group by lower prices on
    ticket being bought in bulks. This will be offer for school
    and sports related such as DECA and sports marketing
    classes.
 Corporate Sales: For our team to entice other corporation
  to buy suites in our stadium will offer a 20% discount. Also
  we will cater the suite too. No matter how many tickets are
  purchased we will offer this for the corporation.
 Season Tickets: If you buy season tickets you will receive a
  15% percent discount on concession. You will also receive a
  concession coupon for the whole season.
 Luxury and Priority Seating: We will have luxury and
  priority seating. Inside the whole stadium there will be 2
  luxury boxes. In each box there will be 30 seats. It will be all
  you can eat. In priority seating the highest paid customer
  will the best seats.

   We chose to advertise our team In the Sun Herald newspaper because it is the
    most popular newspaper in Biloxi Mississippi. It’s also the newspaper that the
    people in that area buy the most. Our ads will run in the Tuesday and Saturday
    paper. We chose Tuesday because it’s usually after the Sunday and Monday night
    games and it will give people a chance to buy their tickets in advance. We chose
    Saturday because it’s usually before the Sunday game which is when most of the
    games will be held. The ad individually will cost $15,000 for a full page, black and
    white ad Due to this high cost we will only advertise the week prior to big games,
    such as games against our rivals or playoff games. We chose our outdoor ad to
    be a billboard because the big letters and pictures will attract a multitude of
    people during their commute to work. We will place this on Highway 90, the
    most popular route that people use to go to work. The billboard will cost $1,500
    per month. We will only keep this billboard up during the actual game season.
    This will be from September to February.
   We will place our magazine ad in Biloxi Magazine. We will also have
    advertisement in local magazines in the area. The cost for the magazines ad will
    be from 1000 to 2000 dollars. We will place our ads in the magazines once a
    month.

   Our event that will be taking place is fans meeting our players. We can only have a
    certain amount of people that can meet them. So we will only 50 people to meet
    them. We will send out informational packet to let us know who will attend. They will
    need to send in the packet with information so that we can order everything. They will
    get free jersey, shirt, autograph etc. They also will get free tickets.
Leading to event

 August 3rd will send out the info packet to let
  us know who is all attending.
 August 17th is the deadline for packet to be
  turned in.
 August 24th is the day of the event.
Day of event

 The event will be held at the stadium. The event
  will start at 6:00 pm. When the fans walk in they
  will receive a jersey, hat, and shirt. They will also
  receive paper the autographs. The whole time
  fans will be trying to win prizes. We will play
  games the whole night with players and coaches.
  We want our fan to have a good time and
  enjoying meeting our players and coaches. Food
  will be provided at stadium and it will be half
  price as a game.
List of duties

 We will have workers to set up the event.
    They will help handout the fans accessories.
    We will need workers to work concessions,
    gate, etc. They will also help with the games
    and prizes. Also employees will escort the
    fans to meet player in the locker room.


We think that this will benefit Mississippi because they will be able to get involved with football and have a “big name” team to support and cheer on to win a title. Our product of having a new professional team in Mississippi will be a good experience for people in this part of the state because it will be something new for the future fans to try out. If a lot of people enjoy the games, then we can start making more profit year after year. This new stadium will offer more jobs for people in Mississippi and could be a big attraction in this state. Some of the interests in Mississippi are the beach, fishing is a big one, but most importantly are the casinos. That is the big activity or lifestyle in southern Mississippi. The new stadium will benefit us because of the casinos in the area. These are a big thing in Mississippi and we think this will make us a lot more profit. It will not only benefit us but it will also benefit the customers as well. This will give them something extracurricular to do and the fathers can have something to do with their kids.

The ad individually will cost $15,000 for a full page, black and white ad Due to this high cost we will only advertise the week prior to big games, such as games against our rivals or playoff games. We chose our outdoor ad to be a billboard because the big letters and pictures will attract a multitude of people during their commute to work. We will place this on Highway 90, the most popular route that people use to go to work. The billboard will cost $1,500 per month. We will only keep this billboard up during the actual game season. This will be from September to February.  We will place our magazine ad in Biloxi Magazine. We will also have advertisement in local magazines in the area. The cost for the magazines ad will be from 1000 to 2000 dollars. We will place our ads in the magazines once a month.

  • 49. Day of event  The event will be held at the stadium. The event will start at 6:00 pm. When the fans walk in they will receive a jersey, hat, and shirt. They will also receive paper the autographs. The whole time fans will be trying to win prizes. We will play games the whole night with players and coaches. We want our fan to have a good time and enjoying meeting our players and coaches. Food will be provided at stadium and it will be half price as a game.
  • 50. List of duties  We will have workers to set up the event. They will help handout the fans accessories. We will need workers to work concessions, gate, etc. They will also help with the games and prizes. Also employees will escort the fans to meet player in the locker room. 

This is an event where our fans can get to meet our player and coaches. We really want our fan to get to know player and tell them about the NFL experience. Our franchise is really special, we are going to accomplish this year. Our players are going to do a lot of great thing for this team. We also want you to meet our player. We want you’ll to join our fans too. Blue Devil Nike memorabilia is for sale in our stores inside the stadium. We will promote Nike by hanging signs all over the stadium and handing out stickers when people walk into the stadium. 
