Citizenship
A Citizen is an individual with certain _rights_ and _duties_ under a government
and who, by _birth_ or by _choice_, owes allegiance to that government.
14th Amendment: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject
to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and the state wherein
they reside.”
