This document discusses finding online resources and iPad apps to understand and implement the Common Core State Standards. It provides an overview of the Common Core and notes that while 45 states have adopted the standards, implementation varies slightly between states. It then recommends the free iTunes U platform for accessing Common Core courses, materials, and professional development programs from states. Several specific collections and courses from states like California, Arkansas and Tennessee are highlighted. The document also reviews free and paid iPad apps related to the Common Core and provides screenshots and descriptions of popular options. It stresses that the Common Core is an ongoing effort that can be supported through collaborative online resources and mobile apps.
