Good morning everyone. I am here today to discuss the new employee onboarding process that we have implemented. As you all know, a smooth onboarding experience is crucial for new hires to feel welcomed and to get up to speed quickly. Our new process focuses on three key areas - orientation, training and buddy system. During orientation, new employees will learn about our company history, culture and values. They will also complete important paperwork like benefits enrollment. The next phase is training where they will learn job specific skills either through online modules or one-on-one sessions with their managers. Finally, we have implemented a buddy system where each new hire is paired with an existing employee who can help them with any questions as they transition into their new role.
