The Hobbit Suite
The Hobbit Suite has recently been refurbished and will accommodate up to 120
theatre style, up to 60 in classroom style or 90 in cabaret style and has WiFi and
a laptop computer available on request. A portable screen is also available for
use. Our daily rates are £29 plus VAT per delegate, or if lunch is not required
£15 plus VAT plus the cost of coffee/tea/biscuits per delegate.

The Coney Suite
This room has recently been modernized and updated. It is fitted with a large
screen and projector with computer connectivity and has Wi Fi connection to the
internet. It is also fitted with a first class sound system. It is a multi purpose room
which can accommodate from 120 in classroom or cabaret style and up to 300 in
theatre style.
Our daily rates are £29 plus VAT per delegate (minimum 10) for an extra £10
per head you can have a waitress served 3 course meal (up to 40) or if lunch is
not required £15 plus Vat plus the cost of coffee/tea /biscuits per delegate.

The Hayes Room
This room has recently been redecorated and will hold up to 30 guests in
Boardroom style or 50 informally. It has Wi Fi connection to the internet and a
computer available for use if required. It has the added advantage of leading out
into a garden area.
Our daily rates are £29 plus VAT per delegate (minimum 10) for an extra £10
per head you can have a waitress served 3 course meal (up to 40) or if lunch is
not required £15 plus Vat plus the cost of coffee/tea /biscuits per delegate.

Meeting Room
Spending time with your customers and staff is an excellent way to forge lasting,

The meeting rooms at The Warren are available for businesses to hire. Suitable
for meetings and team building exercises.

Conference Room
This room has recently been refurbished and is fitted with an interactive board
and has Wi Fi connection to the internet. There is a wide screen TV for the
showing of DVD’s. The room is fitted with a hearing loop. We also have a
computer available for use if required as well as a telephone conference facility.
The room is multi purpose and will seat up 20 boardroom style, 20/30 classroom
style and 30/40 theatre style. Our daily rates are £29 plus VAT per delegate
(minimum 10) for an extra £10 per head you can have a waitress served 3
course meal (up to 40) or if lunch is not required £15 plus Vat plus the cost of
coffee/tea /biscuits per delegate

Committee Room
The Committee Room will hold up to 16 people in boardroom style and is fitted
with an interactive board and hearing loop. The room also features Wi-Fi
connection to internet, with a laptop available on request, aswell as a telephone
conference facility.
