What Have We Learned ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
Being Lost One of our worst traits as humans is our ability to deny to ourselves that we are lost.  We wander around, we convince ourselves that it will be up ahead on the next turn, or if I go that way.  The unfamiliar becomes familiar until we have lead ourselves down a path so far that we have to do the unthinkable, ask for directions. http://www. outdoorplaces .com/Features/Backcountry/lost. htm
Vision Makes A Difference The Transcontinental Railroad required a vision.
Sure, Let’s Build a Railroad
What Do You Mean?

BI: Commodity to Resource ,[object Object],[object Object]
First WHAT Then HOW ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
You guys start coding. I’ll go find out what they want. This “plan” may be the most dominant one in use today. It seems that virtually everyone’s goal may be stated as “If you can’t be busy, at least look busy.” Whose job is it to define a Vision? A person who requires a vision will have one. Who doesn’t require a vision? No vision is needed if you’re just along for the ride. No vision is needed if you don’t care what happens and any result will do.
If they’re good they’re working toward a vision. Is it yours? Do you know what it is? How comfortable are you with that?
Even the tools are determined by the vision.
Confused About BI?
BI can be built for you ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
