• Mobilize, don't miniaturize
• Always treat your project as a
product
• Do not distract the user with too
many information.
• Give the user the ability to
participate, by adding comments
and sharing stuff and at the same
time he is free to withdraw his
participation
• Lead the user and help him recover
from an error

himself, if there is a fault it's
probably yours, instead make them
feel that they're much smarter
