15. 1) Isolate yourself from the surrounding (little light)
You may want to keep some external effects like:
• Music
• Materials
• People (Body or soul)
• Smell
• Green
• Water

16. 2) Deactivate your brain thinking transactions and move to the sea like
attention … like quantum physics.
• Terminate all unnecessary thoughts.
• To reach peace of mind and clarity

- Should be deeper.
- Should be bit faster.

so you may need to project it on an ego.
• Its OK to have an ego. But try to keep it secret .
• These ideas captured by the soul .. Must be shared with people and
passed to the human race..
