Introduction:

Workshop’s Objectives:
By the end of this workshop, you would be empowered to:
1. Understand the purposes of relationship/marriage and its threats
2. Establish a plan for oneness in relationship/marriage
3. Understand different stages of attraction in a relationship
4. Communicate your love for your partner by learning of your partner’s love languages
5. Manage conflict in a constructive manner
6. Know how your personality traits affect your communication with one another (Optional
tests include PREPARE/ENRICH; DISC; Birkman Personality Test etc.)
7. Enjoy the differences between men and women
8. Relate to in-laws in marriage in a rightful and respectful manner
9. Discover some means of family planning
10. Manage your finances based on priority and using a budget plan
11. Understand the purpose of sex and some techniques of lovemaking
12. Discuss any relevant topics as suggested by the couple
Method: Group discussion with facilitation
Duration: Three full days
Size: 10 to 15 couples

Coach’s profile:
Moses has 15 years of experience and specialises in training and people development. Over the
years, he has worked with hundreds of leaders from institutions. He has a Masters of Arts and was
awarded with The Academic Excellence Award in his cohort. He also has a graduate diploma in HR
(Training & Development) with Singapore Human Resource Institute and was awarded The Silver
Medal for his program. In addition, he is also a certified Solution-Focused Coach with Canadian
Council of Professional Certification.

As a certified Birkman and EQ-i behavioural consultant, he has been instrumental in empowering
individuals to maximize their contributions to their organizations. He is gifted with coaching team
leaders to come up with inspiring mission and vision for their teams that help the teams to achieve
higher performance and greater results. He has a unique and warmth personality that stimulates
others to participate enthusiastically in team discussion and hence a more aligned vision in achieving
the team’s missions and desired outcomes.
Throughout his career, he has conducted training in many countries including Sarawak, Philippines,
Macau, China and Sri Lanka. His favourite workshops are “Solution-Focused Brief Training For
Leaders” and “Enlightened Self And Team” using Birkman Personality Test, a world-class behavioural
test used by millions worldwide. His special passion is empowering individuals to discover their lives’
dreams and destinies that include their family lives as well. Many couples have also benefitted from
his in-depth and practical tips in their marriage preparation program.
His last position held was a HR Manager overseeing staff development. The highlight of his job is
coaching staff in coming out with his ultimate life’s mission. As the result, the staff is empowered to
serve in the organization with a sense of purpose and significance.

shared about how being solution-focused has helped him in his personal life as well as his HR
Managerial role.
Currently he is a Master Trainer/Coach with Paraklesis Training And Coaching and is also an
associate trainer with Deep Impact and ViVarch Enrichment Group. He is married to a supportive
wife and is blessed with four lovely children.
