Director at New College Capital. Alessandro has a Masters Degree in MML from the University of Cambridge and has 21 years experience in
financial markets. He started his career as a graduate trainee at Merrill Lynch in London. He subsequently joined Citigroup where he worked
in London, Athens and New York in various investment advisory and business management functions. In 1999, Alessandro founded New
College Capital Ltd to provide specialist investment advice to European based investors.
Robert Reoch
Director at New College Capital. Robert has a Masters Degree in Chinese and Law from the University of Cambridge and has 21 years
experience in financial markets. He started his career as a graduate trainee at J.P. Morgan in London. He subsequently worked in corporate
finance at J.P. Morgan in Asia until moving to London as one of the founders of the bank’s credit derivatives business. Robert has been Head
of credit derivatives at Nomura in London and Head of credit derivatives at Bank of America in San Francisco. In 2001 Robert founded Reoch
Credit Partners to advise regulators, banks and other financial institutions on risk, strategy and pricing aspects of credit derivatives and
structured credit products. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
Dr. Werner Tscholar
Founder of Gallion Corporate Advisory services. Werner, has 22 years of experience in the field of biotech, medtech pharmaceutical and
diagnostics. Held senior executive positions at Novartis, BMS & Schering-Plough and is co-founder and CEO at several biotech ventures and
private equity companies. He holds a degree in Medicine (MD), pharmacy (MA) & clinical pharmacology (PhD), MBA.
David Richard
Non-executive Chairman at Coba Asset Management. He has over thirty years´ commercial, investment and private banking experience
initially working for Grindlays Bank in London, Zurich and Delhi before joining Citicorp Investment Bank in 1986.
He spent ten years with Citibank Private Bank at Berkeley Square as Head of UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, Greece and Israel before joining Credit
Suisse as Head of Private Banking and subsequently Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch as CEO and Vice Chairman. He remains a Senior Advisor
to the Lombard Odier Group. He has an MBA from Cranfield and graduated from Birmingham University.

Atul Amin
Managing Partner, Atul is the founding partner of Hugh Cartwright & Amin, a solicitors practice established
in England and Wales in 1984. Atul has over 25 years experience dealing with an international client base
focusing on Ultra High Net Worth families and their international businesses. Atul is a lawyer by profession
and has a Bachelors of Science in Physics from Queen Mary College, University of London. He qualified as a
solicitor in England and Wales in 1978. His firm specializes in all aspects of Commercial and Corporate law,
with particular strength in property, commercial litigation and banking law.
Inderjit Bedi
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BellHouse Capital Ltd. Inderjit has 21 years experience investment
banking with Banker’s Trust, BNPP and most recently was a London Management Board member for
UniCredit (HV) and Managing Director jointly responsible for UK fixed income sales, global hedge fund
coverage and Western Europe structured product sales.
In his 8 year tenure at UniCredit (HVB), he founded the bank’s entire hedge fund coverage and convertible
bonds sales, trading and research activities and has spearheaded the distribution of several benchmark
Euromaket transactions from OECD and emerging markets issuers alike. Inderjit holds an MA in Engineering
Science from St Edmund Hall, Oxford University.
Graham Gould
Managing Director at Coba Asset Management, Graham has had almost thirty years of varied commercial
experience, the last ten of which have been in property.
He founded Residential Property Investment Management in 1999 and COBA Asset Management in 2003.
After graduating from INSEAD he spent twelve years as head of the Financial Institutions Group of The COBA
Group, an international firm of management consultants of which he was a founding member in 1985.
Whilst there he advised many major clients such as Citibank, Royal Bank of Scotland and Societe Generale.
