Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to a constellation of technologies, including machine learning, perception, reasoning, and natural language processing. While the field has been pursuing principles and applications for over 65 years, recent advances, uses, and attendant public excitement have returned it to the spotlight. The impact of early AI 1 systems is already being felt, bringing with it challenges and opportunities, and laying the foundation on which future advances in AI will be integrated into social and economic domains. The potential wide-ranging impact make it necessary to look carefully at the ways in which these technologies are being applied now, whom they’re benefiting, and how they’re structuring our social, economic, and interpersonal lives.

Today, the world is grounded in a vast and dynamic world of information and technology. Organizations have access to content like never before, compounded by the Web 2.0 movement. This ability to communicate swiftly evolved into collaboration that has become an intense driver of the “knowledge economy.” During the last two years we have seen how knowledge management and leadership development via learning are being incorporated more frequently as strategies to increase organizational agility.1 Additionally, learning organizations that act as strategic enablers for the business are more focused on connecting people to people and content through knowledge management and social technology. Saba Software partnered with Human Capital Media (HCM) Advisory Group to better understand how business is taking advantage of social learning. In the 2013 survey, HCM examined how organizations are approaching social learning, which methods have proven to be successful and where challenges are experienced.

The COVID 19 epidemic has undoubtedly caused an increase in the use of online learning, leading institutions and instructors to investigate cutting edge technology to improve the educational process. This study explores how, in the post COVID 19 era, social media and digital marketing might be strategically integrated to strategically extend online education and leverage artificial intelligence AI . This study uses artificial intelligence AI to investigate how social media and digital marketing might be used to expand and improve online learning, providing insights into the prospects and difficulties in this field. The study is to investigate how artificial intelligence AI technologies, such as natural language processing and machine learning algorithms, can be used to improve material delivery based on individual student needs, enable adaptive learning paths and customize online learning experiences. The goal of the project is to investigate how artificial intelligence AI technologies, such as machine learning algorithms and natural language processing, might be applied to improve the delivery of content that is customized to each students needs. Furthermore, the study looks into how AI might offer personalized online learning environments and adaptive learning pathways. The study also looks at how AI powered analytics affe|ct student performance monitoring and assessment, giving teachers insightful information for ongoing development. The importance of social media in education cannot be overstated, as sites like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter enable learners to interact, collaborate in learning environments and share knowledge. The study looks into how user behavior analysis, preference prediction and content recommendation powered by AI might improve the effectiveness of social learning.Google Meet, Zoom, and Jio Meet played a significant role in expanding online education during the COVID 19 pandemic. These platforms provided essential tools for educators and students to connect, collaborate, and engage in remote learning.Additionally, the study investigates how digital marketing tactics might be used to advance online learning, draw in a larger audience, and improve participation. To maximize the impact of educational marketing initiatives, AI driven marketing automation solutions being investigated for their potential in personalized outreach, targeted advertising and data driven decision making. The potential of these technologies to apply targeted advertising, make data driven decisions, and customize outreach is being researched. The purpose of this studys conclusions is to shed light on how AI, social media, and digital marketing work together to support online learning in the post COVID 19 era. The research intends to offer practical suggestions and tactics for using AI, social media and digital marketing in the educational setting by comprehending how these technologies might cooperate to enhance online learning. My presentation given to the team from People Sourcing Crew in Amsterdam. Stating that sharing of knowledge is key, believing there is no box and stepping outside of the old world comfort zone of not sharing your knowledge to protect your own interests, I share this presentation to inspire one or two (who knows more) recruiters based in the old world of HR and recruitment to realize the beautiful and endless opportunities of the Social Business strategy of Recruitment in the 3rd (and 4th level in 5 to 7 years time hopefully:-)) - Technology moves forward, behavior needs to change from within. Change the characteristics of your hires, and execute the social strategy. Do not execute a social strategy with employees hired in the "old world". Change from within, to breath and enjoy the freedom out there. Regards, Robin (Amsterdam, The Netherlands)
