1. PAY CARD INFORMATION
Pay Cards are provided automatically for members outside of the USA and Canada.
Members from the USA and Canada may choose to purchase Pay Cards for a nominal fee.
Members may receive two types of Pay Cards–a PowerCheque or a Gkard–that they can
use to access their earned commissions. The Gkard is also a Visa logo debit card–an
upgraded Pay Card that will allow members to make purchases and withdraw cash
anywhere they would use a Visa credit card.
In order to begin receiving commissions on your new Pay Card, you will need to first
activate the card. Please read and carefully follow the step-by-step instructions below. (You
may also refer to the Wallet Procedures Power Point located in the Jeunesse Back Office
for step-by step visual aid of these procedures.)
Upon receiving your new Pay Card, you will need to do the following:
1. Locate a government issued picture identification card (ID). Examples of an
acceptable card are: a government issued identity card, a passport, or a government
issued driver's license with a photo. (We are required to obtain this identification to
be compliant with the Know Your Customer [KYC] banking regulations.) The picture
ID you submit must contain the following information:
• Name
• Photo
• Date of Birth
• Signature
NOTE: Sometimes the signature is sometimes located on a second page (or back
2. side of) the photo ID card; BOTH pages/sides will need to be uploaded and
submitted TOGETHER at the same time in order for your request to be approved.)
2. Scan the card image into your computer and save it in a JPEG file format no larger
than 2.5 megabytes. The scan must be clear and legible to be approved.
NOTE: If you do not have a scanner available, check with your local office supply
store– they can often scan these images for you. If you have scanned an image of
your picture ID onto your computer but are experiencing problems uploading it,
please contact our Customer Service Department or the Help Desk through your
Back Office for assistance.
3. Go to your Back Office and login to your Wallet account. If this is the first time you
have visited your Wallet account, you will be prompted to create a unique login
username and password. Please DO NOT use the same username and password
as your www.jeunesseglobal.com Back Office. Instead, you will need to create a
different secure login username and password just for your Wallet account.
4. Select Upload Your ID Card. Use the browse button to locate the scanned image of
the ID card saved on your computer and then upload this image. You have now
successfully uploaded the ID required to register your card. If for any reason your
upload is not approved, an email will be sent to you detailing the reason why.
NOTE: If you do not upload a government ID, your Pay Card cannot be activated.
To register your new Pay Card with Jeunesse:
1. Log into your Jeunesse Back Office and click on the Wallet tab at the top.
2. Select Register My Pay Card. Enter the 16-digit number of your new Pay Card. Re-

Card should successfully register within the next 48 hours.
3. When your Pay Card has been successfully registered, you will receive an email
from the company NxPay containing important information that will help you register
your online Pay Card account. This account will allow you to view a detailed account
history of your Pay Card transactions and available balance. You will need to
complete this registration for your Pay Card online at www.nxpay.com.
If your Pay Card is lost or stolen you will need to contact our Customer Service
Department to deactivate your card and request a replacement Pay Card.
3. To activate your Pay Card with NxPay:
Within 48 hours you should receive an email from the NxPay company that includes a login
name, password, and activation code. Once you have received your email, go to
www.nxpay.com.
