2. What is a storage Device? A storage device is a device used for storing something.

10. Magnetic Tape Magnetic tape is an external storage device that can be used for making copies of audio, video, and data.
11. Floppy A floppy disk is a data storage medium that is composed of a disk of thin, it is in a square or rectangular plastic shell. It cannot contain as much data a CD or DVD or a Hard disk
12. Solid State Storage Devices Uses electronic circuits that retain the values without any power source
13. External Hard Drive An external hard disk drive is a type of hard disk drive which is connected from the outside to a computer An external hard disk drive is a type of hard disk drive which is externally connected to a computer
14. Camera Card (SD Cards) They look like tiny pieces of plastic with 5 metal contacts and will come in capacities ranging from 128mb to 8 gb.
15. USB’s A USB flash drive consists of flash memorydata storage device integrated with a USB (Universal Serial Bus) 1.1 or 2.0 interface. USB flash drives are typically removable and rewritable, much smaller than a floppy disk, and most weigh less than 1 ounce
