This survey is conducted with the graduate students of spring 2012

2. Questions’ rating is defined as follows:
Strongly Agree = 5
Agree = 4
True sometimes = 3
Disagree = 2
Strongly Disagree = 1
Program Evaluation Surveys are conducted at the end of a program with the graduate students. It is
therefore conducted to analyze the feedback of students for overall services and facilities in terms of
Educations, Resources, Learning, overall evaluation, future support, suggestions for improvements and
their likeness and dislikes for the program in particular and the institution in general. So that it can help
the institution at different levels to revise and plan the process.
Riphah International University holds several departments. This survey is for Riphah School of
Leadership.
Objectives:
Program Evaluation Surveys are conducted at the Graduation level. It is therefore conducted to analyze
the feedback of students for overall services and facilities in terms of Educations, Resources, Learning,
overall evaluation, future support, suggestions for improvements and their likeness and dislikes for the
program in particular and the institution in general. So that it can help the institution at different levels
to revise and plan the process. It can also be helpful for the institution to hear a true voice and feedback
of students anonymously for taking steps towards the betterments and seeing with the perception of
students. It also measures the satisfaction rate, which is very important for any organization for planning
and strategic process towards the further development.

3. Analysis of Results: (from all BBA semesters)
In total 19 graduate students have taken this survey.
In Program Evaluation Survey, Part 1 contains 9 questions about "Help and Support in Learning". And
the results are stated below:
From the of given rate, 95 % students responded to this question, 83 % showed the satisfaction, 6%
believed sometimes where 11% showed dissatisfaction to the academic and counseling services.

choosing a program.
