(Diploma requires 100 hours of planning, organising and

  • 32. 32 32 Overview of C & M Programme • Module 1: - Understanding the Skills, principals and practice of Effective Management Coaching and Mentoring – 5 units - Reviewing own ability as a Management Coach or Mentor – 3 units • Module 2: - Undertaking Management Coaching or Mentoring in the workplace – 5 units • Total 15 Units – 13 required (Diploma requires 100 hours of planning, organising and recording Coaching & Mentoring).
  • 34. 34 34 To achieve the Qualification • Students will be required to complete and pass a range of assignments in different formats/methods: - Written reports - Assignments - Observed activities - Presentations - Workbooks - Skills demonstrations NO EXAMINATIONS!!.
