2. Introduction
• By the end of this tutorial you will be able to create a PowerPoint slide that contains a
monotone version of multiple PowerPoint slide.
• The multiple monotone slide can be used in presentations or reports showcasing different
deliverables.
• For the tutorial reasons the design of the slide is simplified. When producing a business
document more work should be done to make the slide more attractive
3. Step1: Copy Slide
• Open the first slide on PowerPoint and use the Print Screen keyboard button to copy a
snapshot of the whole screen to the clipboard
4. Step2: Paste and Crop
• Open the Ms Paint (Start > Run > “mspaint”) and paste the copied screen using the shortcut Ctrl-V.
• Click on Crop button then draw a rectangle around the slide then click crop again
5. Step 3: Copy the cropped slide
• The cropped slide is now displayed in MsPaint as an image. Click select and draw a rectangle
around the whole slide then press Ctrl-C to copy the new image to the clipboard.
6. Step 4: Paste to a new PowerPoint
slide
• Paste the copied image using ctrl-v then resize and tilt as desired
8. Recolor
• Select image.
• Right click and click on Format Picture.
• Click on Recolor drop down list .
• Select one of the Light Variations recolor.
