 Team Leader and Pharmacovigilance Trainer for the Book-in and Data Entry team
 Lead a team of 37 Officers, Quality verifiers and healthcare professionals of the Book-in and
Data Entry team, train and mentor them in the book-in and data entry process of Pfizer’s
Pharmacovigilance process.
 Prepare SOPs for the Book-in and Data Entry Process
 Train the team on the ARGUS, Pfizer’s Pharmacovigilance Safety Database
 Taking and moderating team huddles and ensuring proper grievance handling to reduce
attrition.
 Ensure compliance of the SOPs and any updates provided by Pfizer
 Monitor the quality of Adverse Event Monitoring forms

 Review any comments made after quality review and ensure recommendations are
addressed.
