10. From conceptual design to post-construction we’re a motivated single point of responsibility . In the Conceptual Stage we help you establish your budget baseline and help you visualize your project with 3-D perspectives

11. During the Preconstruction Stage your working drawings and spec’s are completed and we competitively “street-bid” your project to insure you are getting the most out of every construction dollar you are spending and the building permit is ready to be secured

12. Your project is ready to start under the Construction Stage and we are with you every step of the way. Once your project starts we pursue completion of the project in consecutive days. Because we are on the jobsite each and every day we can communicate with you each time a new activity begins and explain to you in layman’s terms what to expect. Once your project is completed and a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued we warranty our work for a period of 2 years.
