1. Journal Response 1 – RealTown Budget
I have learned a goodbit about budgets with this project. I defiantly
didn’t think that I would be responsible for all these bills and responsibilities.
I feel that the pros or advantages ofthe budget would be that it organizes your
finances and makes sure you have money to pay all your bills eachmonth. It
helps you see where your money is going and if you need to cut back or add to
different areas of your budget. One example would be if you are spending
most of your monthly income and decide to have a child you will have to look
at your budget and see where you can cut back to include all the expenses of
children. I like the idea of budgeting for vacations, and your future. These are
important. The cons would be having the self discipline to stick to the budget.
I love to shop and if I were out with friends and saw things that I wanted I
think it would make me mad if I didn’t have the money in the budget to getit.
Another con would be if you don’t accountfor all your spending then you
might find yourself in money trouble.
